Key Responsibilities:
- Import leads into CRM from ZoomInfo
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research conferences and create a proposed conference schedule for management review.
- Organize and schedule conference attendance and exhibition, including logistics and materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales tracking systems.
- Coordinate communication between sales team members and other departments.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
