CRM Coordinator

What You’ll Do:
Support the execution of CRM campaigns across email (eDM), SMS, pop-ups, and web channels to drive engagement and sales. Build these and cross check details, logos, pricing, imagery, product titles, products, skus and timing/SOH for each eDM tile and flow.
Assist in building and scheduling email campaigns, including templating, QA, and deployment within CRM platforms (e.g. Emarsys).
Support the implementation, creation and maintenance of automated customer journeys and lifecycle flows.
Assist with customer segmentation, including building and updating audience lists based on behaviour, purchase history, and lifecycle stage.
Help coordinate and execute campaigns to support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Provide day-to-day support for the VIP Loyalty Rewards Program, including campaign execution and promotional support.
Work with internal teams to ensure CRM campaigns align with broader marketing and eCommerce initiatives and support he CRM & Loyalty Manager in key strategy roll-out for each website.
Assist with A/B testing, dynamic content setup, and campaign optimisation tasks.
Assist with A/B testing CRO initiatives and personalisation/AI initiatives as they begin new programs within the team on testing sites and roll out to all sites.
Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting on key metrics such as open rates, click- through rates, and conversions.
Support database growth initiatives, including acquisition campaigns and opt-in management.
Help ensure all CRM communications comply with privacy laws and opt-in requirements.
Assist with maintaining data accuracy and hygiene within CRM systems.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support campaign delivery and troubleshoot issues where required.
Primary KPIs:
Timely and accurate execution of CRM campaigns, BAU eDM campaigns and Automation email campaigns and flows.
Reporting against growth in email/SMS engagement (open rates, click-through rates and sales)
Database growth and opt-in rates and unsub rates – by reporting weekly.
Support contribution to campaign-driven revenue
Reduction in campaign errors and unsubscribe rates
Secondary KPIs:
VIP Rewards campaign support and participation rates
Accuracy of segmentation and campaign setup
Campaign QA and delivery efficiency
Reporting accuracy and insights contribution
What We’re Looking For:
Relevant qualifications in CRM, eCommerce, Digital Marketing are ideal.
Exposure to CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Emarsys, Klavyio, Mailchimp, Oracle, Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous with working knowledge of CRM platforms and reporting analytics.
Also advantageous with an understanding of a Headless Shopify Site using Prismic.
Must be comfortable in Monday.com, Asana, Teams, Google Suite.
High level of initiative and ability to work under pressure with high volume of eDMs.
Knowledge & Skills
2+ years’ experience in a CRM, digital marketing, or eCommerce role (internships or entry-level roles will also be considered based on level of experience and knowledge).
Experience supporting email marketing campaigns or CRM programs
Familiarity with segmentation, customer data, or campaign reporting
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic analytical skills with an interest in data-driven marketing
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Eagerness to learn and grow within CRM and loyalty marketing
