We're Hiring! 

The HR OJT is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Recruiter assists with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed. 

Day-to-day responsibilities: 

  • Achieves On time delivery of agent hiring requisitions within the agreed SLA 
  • Account Management, Reporting and Analytics 
  • Conducts Behavioral Interviews and Profiling 
  • Accountable in achieving 100% Show Up during Training 
  • Monitors Training Attrition and provides recommendations to improve Retention 
  • Ensures quality of endorsements by monitoring Pass Rates and Interview Observations 
  • Conduct job offers, on-boarding orientations to new hires 
  • Manages onboarding, completion of Pre-Employment requirements and 201 filing of all chosen hires. 
  • Manages and updates candidate applications using the company’s recruitment tool or trackers 
  • Ensures excellent candidate experience all throughout the hiring process. 
  • Regular hiring touchpoint and sending regular hiring reports to hiring managers 
  • Perform other duties when necessary. 

Ideal candidates have: 

  • Currently enrolled in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
  • Must be a required OJT / internship under the school curriculum
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Can render the required number of internship hours set by the school
