Job Title:
Content Development Officer (e-Learning, Learning Services)
Job Description:
The Content Development Officer will be responsible for the creation and
conversion of new and existing training materials to eLearning modules and gamifications using
existing authoring tools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Build eLearning courses using Articulate 360 according to template
specifications
● Make editorial and formatting decisions related to course migration
● Ensure courses meet branding standards for format and eLearning experience
● Manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively and proactively
● Conduct course quality assurance reviews to ensure full functionality and
accuracy
● Work with team members productively across geographic regions remotely
● Collaborate with program POCs and discuss innovative ways to present learning
modules
Requirements:
● At least 1 year experience in a similar role
● Must be familiar with any eLearning authoring tools preferably Articulate 360
● Must be familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft applications
● Good knowledge of adult learning principles, bloom’s taxonomy, and kirkpatrick’s level of
evaluation
● Strong knowledge with digital design, audio and video editing is also an
advantage
● Strong experience in developing course materials, learning objectives, roadmap, and
detailed instructions
● Must be familiar with BPO setup
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Must be a team player with time management skills
● Must be willing to work on-site and at home
● Must be amenable to work on graveyard shifts
