Role Overview
The End User Support Associate provides frontline local IT support to ensure operational continuity.
Key responsibilities include
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access issues
- Supporting incidents
- Managing tickets and meeting SLA targets
- Installing/configuring systems and applications
- Escalating complex issues when required
Preferred Skills / Profile
- Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, applications, basic networking)
- Familiarity with VDI, VPN, and telephony tools (Avaya, Five9, Zendesk, RingCentral, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and IT security practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High ownership, urgency, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong Written and Spoken Business English
- Highschool Diploma (must)
