Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Analyst to review operational data, analyze trends, and
- identify opportunities for process improvement across hotel operations.
- Participate in regular revenue management calls, providing operational insights and supporting
- strategy discussions to optimize ADR, occupancy, and overall revenue performance.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices aimed at enhancing operational
- efficiency across all hotel locations.
- Act as the primary liaison for General Managers, ensuring effective communication and alignment
- with corporate objectives.
- Gather and consolidate feedback from hotel teams to uncover operational challenges and
- recommend practical solutions.
- Provide regular performance updates and key metrics to General Managers to promote
- transparency and accountability.
- Assist in the rollout of new operational initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation and adherence
- to quality standards.
- Monitor and support brand compliance efforts, ensuring General Managers are well-informed on QA
- standards and expectations.
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality management, or a related role.
- Prior experience supporting multi-unit operations and working with corporate teams is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret operational data and identify actionable
- insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration across
- departments and hotel locations.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced
- environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
