The HR OJT is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Recruiter assists with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Achieves On time delivery of agent hiring requisitions within the agreed SLA
- Account Management, Reporting and Analytics
- Conducts Behavioral Interviews and Profiling
- Accountable in achieving 100% Show Up during Training
- Monitors Training Attrition and provides recommendations to improve Retention
- Ensures quality of endorsements by monitoring Pass Rates and Interview Observations
- Conduct job offers, on-boarding orientations to new hires
- Manages onboarding, completion of Pre-Employment requirements and 201 filing of all chosen hires.
- Manages and updates candidate applications using the company’s recruitment tool or trackers
- Ensures excellent candidate experience all throughout the hiring process.
- Regular hiring touchpoint and sending regular hiring reports to hiring managers
- Perform other duties when necessary.
Ideal candidates have:
- Currently enrolled in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
- Must be a required OJT / internship under the school curriculum
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Can render the required number of internship hours set by the school
