As a Credit Analyst, you’ll bring this to life every day by combining analytical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset to deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced financial environment.
What You’ll Do
Review and analyze cardholder accounts, transactions, and supporting documents to identify discrepancies and resolve issues accurately
Conduct detailed investigations and case assessments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Manage cases end-to-end, meeting strict service level agreements (SLAs) in a high-volume environment
Perform validation and quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Utilize multiple systems and tools efficiently to support case management and decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and drive timely resolution
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold data security and compliance standards at all times
Core Skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
Experience in document, cardholder, and account review
Solid case management and organizational skills
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
Strong validation and quality control capabilities
Ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting tight deadlines (SLAs)
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and compliance awareness
Technical proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently
Experience in a regulated financial services environment (preferred but not required)
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in dispute resolution, investigations, or case management
Familiarity with e-OSCAR (preferred but not required)
Background in fintech, payments, or banking
Prior experience in financial services, including: Credit analysis, Lending or loan servicing, Collections or delinquency management
