This role requires a highly empathetic individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and demonstrating emotional intelligence to handle the day-to-day challenges within the HR (People) team. Our People Associate is someone genuinely committed to the well-being of employees regardless of their role or position. While prior experience is considered an advantage, we highly value openness to learning and the willingness to grow with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and update employee files (both digital and physical).
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to review employee records and ensure completeness.
Receive and process employment contracts.
Coordinate contract signing with employees.
Manage resignation processes.
Handle employee cases reported by Operations.
Respond to and follow up on emails.
Participate in internal meetings with different departments.
Provide regular updates and reports to the HR supervisor.
Support in planning and executing motivational and integration activities.
Requirements:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Studies in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (student or graduate).
