- New Hire Orientation & Onboarding
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience aligned with company culture and policies.
- HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle
- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, benefits administration, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Payroll Support
- Provide timely and accurate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and other compensation-related data.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors or internal finance teams as needed.
- Compliance & Employee Relations
- Assist in ensuring adherence to Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support the handling of employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare and submit required labor reports and documentation.
- Performance Management & Rewards
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Policy Implementation
- Help roll out and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
- 2-3 years human resources administration experience.
- Understanding of Philippines Labor Laws and experience of working with different government agencies for labor law compliance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, human resources/human capital or related field preferred.
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills - ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and database skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite and night shift schedule in Makati
