  • New Hire Orientation & Onboarding
    • Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding experience aligned with company culture and policies.
  • HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle
    • Support day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, benefits administration, and exit formalities.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Payroll Support
    • Provide timely and accurate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and other compensation-related data.
    • Coordinate with payroll vendors or internal finance teams as needed.
  • Compliance & Employee Relations
    • Assist in ensuring adherence to Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
    • Support the handling of employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    • Prepare and submit required labor reports and documentation.
  • Performance Management & Rewards
    • Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
  • Policy Implementation
    • Help roll out and communicate HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
Role Requirement:
  • 2-3 years human resources administration experience.
  • Understanding of Philippines Labor Laws and experience of working with different government agencies for labor law compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, human resources/human capital or related field preferred.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills - ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and database skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and night shift schedule in Makati
