As a technical support representative, you are responsible to deliver the best experience
to all our customers throughout every interaction with them. Additionally, you will have to
solve any technical problem, answer all the customer’s inquiries and resolving any issues
they might be facing. Finally, you will make all our home-users feel comfortable, confident
and pleased every time they need assistance as they will know that there is someone
willing to help them.

- C1 or above of English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Schedule flexibility
- Previous Call Center Experience at least 1 year
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous technical support experience (preferably 1 year)
