Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform payroll sorting and provide journal entries for recording in the system.
  • Perform labor costs reconciliation, ensuring accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Accounting Finance team to support month-end reconciliation and closing activities.
  • Monitor and assist engagement funds requests for management’s approval and
  • processing.
  • Provide monthly accruals for engagement funds and labor costs.
  • Prepare detailed financial cost reports and provide analysis and insights.
  • Maintain detailed records for compliance, reports, audits and accuracy of financial data.
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as needed.
