The Corporate Sales Coordinator plays a key role in driving revenue and expanding our client base across a
multi-brand hotel portfolio. This position is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities,
implementing strategic sales initiatives, and supporting event and revenue objectives. Working closely with
management, digital marketing, and property-level teams, this role helps identify new business opportunities,
strengthen client relationships, and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of prospects into accounts
- Manage and respond to corporate RFPs, ensuring all proposals are tailored to client needs, aligned with company offerings, and delivered professionally and on time.
- Research competitor's sales strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and increase market share.
- Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
- Proactively make phone calls to corporate accounts.
- Participate in regular sales department meetings, contributing insights, updates, and collaboration across locations and brand teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to foster loyalty, repeat business, and positive brand perception across all properties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to develop and execute targeted strategies that drive revenue growth for both individual hotels and the broader brand network.
- Promote the company's multi-brand portfolio by effectively communicating key differentiators, value- added services, and unique selling points for each location.
- Consistently follow up on all inquiries, leads, and prospective accounts to ensure sustained engagement and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Champion a collaborative and positive team culture by building strong internal relationships and supporting collective sales goals.
- Other duties as assigned
- At least two years of related experience in corporate sales in hospitality
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong closing skills
- Ability to present and sell multiple brands at a time
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Up to 8+ hours sitting at a desk and computer work
- Ability to effectively multitask
