We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide both professional and personal support to a President. This role is critical in ensuring day-to- day efficiency, organization, and follow-through across business and personal matters.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

- Serve as the primary point of support for the executive’s daily work activities.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across time zones.
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails and messages on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items as needed.
- Manage personal calendars, appointments, and reminders.
- Coordinate personal travel, events, and reservations.
- Assist with personal administrative tasks, bill tracking, subscriptions, and online purchases.
- Handle sensitive personal matters with discretion and confidentiality.
- Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and household-related contacts as required.
- Ensure tasks and commitments are tracked and completed on time.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and records.
- Support basic task tracking, reminders, and workflow organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline recurring tasks.
Requirements / Experience
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Outlook, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Familiarity with communication and productivity tools
- Comfortable with online booking platforms and basic expense or task tracking tools
