Job Description:

The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries and support requests via email and chat. This role does not involve taking phone calls but focuses on providing exceptional service through written communication. Responsibilities include assisting students with lease and account management, troubleshooting issues, processing account modifications, and guiding users on self-service options. Representatives are expected to document interactions accurately and escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Proven customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM and customer support software
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or holidays
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays if needed
