Analyst, IT Process and Performance
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Analyst in IT Process & Performance. This role is pivotal in enhancing our IT operations through effective knowledge management and performance measurement. While a background in IT processes is an advantage, we also welcome candidates who may not have prior IT experience but possess strong skills in process analysis and data management. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for data-driven insights, a keen eye for process improvement, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for capturing and organizing IT processes and documentation.
- Facilitate the sharing and dissemination of knowledge across IT and related teams.
- Collaborate with teams to identify gaps in knowledge and implement strategies to address them
Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Support management in setting performance goals and benchmarks.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness, regardless of prior IT experience.
- Recommend and support the implementation of process improvements to optimize operations.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyze data to generate performance-related insights.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualization tools to support decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization to support process and performance initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in process analysis, knowledge management, or performance management.
- Understanding of IT processes is an advantage but not required; strong analytical and process skills are equally valued.
- Intermediate proficiency in Google tools (Looker Studio, Sheets, Docs, Sites, Slides) and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Project Management processes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
