Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be cross-skilled in two lines of business and serve as the first point of contact for merchants, distributors, and resellers. You will handle payment processing inquiries, escalated cases, troubleshooting of physical POS terminals, and account management support.

Your goal is to deliver efficient, accurate, and customer-focused service while ensuring every interaction is handled professionally.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide support to merchants in processing payments and resolving transaction issues.
  • Assist clients with account setup, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to physical POS terminals and guide clients step-by-step.
  • Respond to inquiries about Payments services with professionalism and clarity.
  • Follow structured scripts when required, while remaining proactive and solution-oriented to create smooth and natural conversations.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills in English (C1/C2, both spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the BPO/call center industry.
  • Experience with technical support or e-commerce products preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronic devices and troubleshooting methods.
  • Experience with salesforce or CRM tools is preferred
  • Experience with NPS products is preferred
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Service-oriented, patient, and empathetic approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
