Responsibilities:

a) Document Delivery and Processing:
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of invoices, purchase orders, and legal documents both within the organization and with external partners.

b) Administrative and Operational Purchasing:
Manage purchase requests, procure office supplies and other necessary items, and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate departments.

c) Governmental and Legal Procedures:
Handle paperwork, filings, and administrative processes with government entities, such as obtaining permits, submitting legal documents, or renewing licenses.

d) Mail and Correspondence Management:
Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the corresponding departments.
 

e) Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure that the company vehicle (if applicable) is up to date on all inspections and maintenance and is in good working condition for daily use.

f) General Assistance:
Support department associates in facilities/administration with additional tasks such as organizing documents, assisting with internal events, and handling urgent requests as needed.
